Testing
Our user testing strategy spanned three comprehensive rounds, each with a targeted focus to progressively refine the dashboard’s design.
Round 1: Low-Fidelity and User Journey

In the initial phase, we tested low-fidelity prototypes to validate the overall information architecture and user journey, ensuring that key interactions and flows were intuitive.

Round 2: Mid-Fidelity Interface Testing

We built on the insights gained from our initial low-fidelity testing by conducting a second round with mid-fidelity designs. This phase concentrated on visual details, layout, and interactive elements. It enabled us to improve the content hierarchy and aesthetic choices, ensuring that users could easily access information and navigate confidently.

Round 3: End-to-End Testing

In the final phase, we conducted end-to-end testing, following the complete buying journey from the initial product selection to the returns process. This comprehensive approach confirmed that the dashboard effectively supported users at every stage, including post-purchase, resulting in a streamlined and satisfying experience for the entire customer journey.
