The brief from Zest was an end-to-end project from the initial research to developing an MVP to validate broad ideas and market segmentation. Here are some critical milestones in the development of the main flow.
I conducted several interviews, including business owners, managers, events managers and users, to understand common pain points, motivations and needs.
Within this affinity map, there are various forms of research, such as qualitative and quantitative data.
Two primary personas were created, allowing me to understand the users' needs, motivation and pain points.
Final design onboarding process
This flow includes onboarding, landing page and venue page. This prototype allows the owner to assess the overall look and feel of the app.
